I am currently spending a lot of time working on the Adopt an Intern Programme, helping establish a paid internship culture in Scotland for our graduates. The country's future will be in their hands so we need to get them cracking in the best opportunities we can make for them to learn new skills and grow in confidence and ability. It's a lovely programme, that everyone benefits from.
I am also doing some work with Brook Highland, which is great as Inverness is a very pleasant town to spend some time in, and the staff there are a super bunch of hard-working and committed individuals.
The other project I am working on in collaboration with Alison Smith, is a company called Route Cause, that aims to facilitate collaborative, co-operative working between individual business consultants. It's exciting and should be up and running soon.
